Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind about your order, we accept returns within a 14 day period. Please note in order for us to issue a refund, parcels must be returned with original packaging in tact, un-used, un-damaged and in full resealable condition. Kindly note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. What can I do if my product is faulty?

If in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, please contact our support team at info@fableyoga.com who will investigate the matter.

Please include within your email:

• A full description of the fault
• Photographic evidence attached

These issues should be reported promptly after you receive your product.
