Please note in order for us to issue a refund, parcels must be returned with original packaging in tact, un-used, un-damaged and in full resealable condition. Kindly note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. These issues should be reported promptly after you receive your product.
