Midweek Mindful Challenge With Sarah Leigh
As part of Stress Awareness Month this April, we’ve teamed up with London based yin + meditation teacher Sarah Leigh to bring you a free 5 day Midweek Mindful challenge.
Sarah’s sessions are designed to slot into busy lives, and aim to inspire a positive, healthy mindset. No previous experience or fancy equipment is required (and pyjamas are encouraged).
All you need to do is commit to the practice each day over five days. You can even go back and repeat the series.
The complimentary practices will be available on our IGTV so that you can fit them in at a time that suits.
5 days. 5 mindfulness sessions. All designed to promote feelings of wellbeing and peace.
See you there.

Set the Scene
Music can play a big part in helping us to set the scene for meditation and relaxation. Music can also lift your mood, slow your breathing, and create other stress-inducing changes.
Combining music with meditation can deepen the positive effects of both, and bring you greater stress relief.
Head over to our Spotify page to find a selection of curated playlists for yin, meditation and your yoga practice.
