Website Order Queries

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google. We also accept Klarna and Clearpay.

My payment didn’t go through. Can you help?

If you are using a debit or credit card, the issue is likely with your bank. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue or alternatively try using another card or alternative payment method.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping inside the United Kingdom is £6.00. For shipping rates to other countries please visit our shipping page for the full list of rates.

Do you ship to my country?

Please visit our shipping page for the current list. If you cannot find your country listed you are welcome to email us at info@fableyoga.com and we can provide a shipping quote.

How does Brexit effect me if I'm ordering in Europe?

If you are ordering to a country in Europe outside of the U.K please note your order will be subject to local taxes and duties. These will need to be paid via the courier before delivery. The recipient is responsible for duties owed.

Where is my order/dispatch confirmation email?

Please check the email account used to complete your order. Your order confirmation email is sent automatically after placing your order. Please try the following:

  • Try checking your spam folder.
  • Search your email account for your order number or ‘Fable Yoga’

Your dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order has been shipped. Orders are processed one working day after your order is submitted.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is sent to us we work our hardest to turn these around quickly so that you receive your new yoga mat as soon as possible. This means that we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order after we receive it. Please check that you are happy with your product selection and delivery address before you check out.

What can I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been placed. Please double check your address during checkout. Once your order is delivered to your selected address you will be responsible for retrieving it.

If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus original paid postage.

Do you offer wholesale?

Refunds & Returns

Can I exchange or return my order?

If you have change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within a 14 day period. Please note in order for us to issue a refund, parcels must be returned with original packaging in tact, un-used, un-damaged and in full resealable condition. Kindly note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

What can I do if my product is faulty?

If in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, please contact our support team at info@fableyoga.com who will investigate the matter.

Please include within your email:

  • A full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence attached

These issues should be reported promptly after you receive your product.

Our Yoga Mats

What are your mats made from?

Our mats are made from natural tree rubber and vegan pu - which is biodegradable and free from silicones and PVC. We use laser engraving to create our design meaning no toxic glues or inks.

General Mat Care Guide:

  • Keep your mat away from oils that can cause the surface to become slippy and cause marks
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid colour fading
  • Keep it away from sharp objects which can puncture and damage the mat's rubber surface - including pet paws and claws and rough or textured surfaces.

How do I clean my Mat?

Wipe with a soft wet towel with a mild detergent that is heavily diluted with water. Leave to dry at room temperature. Natural tree rubber mats must be hand cleaned and are not suitable for machine washing. Do not clean your mat with essential oils which can break down the materials and compromise performance.

 Storing:

  • Wrap the mat, the the top side facing out, and store in a cool dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight

I’ve noticed some marks on my mat after my yoga practice

Please note that our natural tree rubber yoga mats may show marks that are acquired during asana practice. While superficial marks can be wiped away post-practice, some of these marks may not completely disappear after cleaning and drying your mat. This is not due to a fault of the product. Such marks occur as a natural reaction created by pressure on the surface, along with oils from the body after repeated practice. These marks can be more visible on paler coloured mat surfaces. Please note that marks will not affect the performance of your mat including the grip or longevity of the product. We see them as a reminder of the journey of your practice. 

Is the mat slippy?

Absolutely not! We've selected the materials not only for their planet-friendly qualities but also becauase they offer superior grip meaning no slipping and sliding in downward dog.

My mat has a rubber odour?

Natural rubber mats can have a slight odour when brand new. Don't worry, this will fade over time.

What type of yoga are your studio mats suitable for?

All types! Our 4mm studio mats provide enough cushion and stability to be suitable for both restorative floor based postures and standing/balancing postures, and hot yoga. We think 4mm mats are the ultimate, hardworking, all-round versatile mats.
