Introducing 30 days with Fable. A free 30 day mindful movement series led by Claudia Mirallegro to help you dive deep into your yoga practice and integrate it sustainably into your daily life.
We’re bringing you 30 classes, over 30 days, delivered in 30 minute sessions to spark your motivation and build strength in mind and body.
Using a combination of practice styles including dynamic, restorative, power, nidra and meditation - each day you will soften, strengthen, release and relearn.
The invitation is to make this practice your own. Your body and experiences are entirely unique. And so is your practice. So let go of any judgement or expectations, and just arrive exactly as you are. Your practice, your story.
So set the intention to dedicate time to yourself and your practice this year. Because the benefits are all yours for the taking. We cannot wait to go on this journey with you.

How does it work?
Step 1: Subscribe to our YouTube Channel- you'll find the full series under the '30 days with fable' playlist. You choose when to do the practice at a time that suits.
Step 3: Follow us on Spotify - you'll find dedicated playlists to set the tone for each style of class. We've linked these in the class descriptions too.
Step 3: Share your practice with us on instagram - tag @fableyoga and use the hashtag #30dayswithfable so we can see your posts.
Do I have to pay to join in?
No. This series is free for our community. Our intention is to give something back and support you on your yoga journey whether you're a total beginner or have a regular practice.
I've never practiced yoga before, will I be able to do it?Yes. This series is designed to be accessible to all levels no matter what your level of experience. We advise you to listen to your own body and to move from a place that is accessible to you. If you are new to exercise please consult your doctor before you begin.
I've practiced yoga for a long time, will it be too easy?
No. This series is designed for all levels. We encourage you to approach every asana as if it's the first time. There will be variations offered throughout with opportunities to take appropriate options.
Where can I find the classes?
All classes will be on our Youtube channel - this is to give you the best viewing experience and allow you to practice at a time that suits you and your lifestyle.
Do I have do to them at a set time?
It's entirely up to you when you practice each class. Videos will be live from midnight the evening before each class, ready for early risers. All you need to do is commit to 30 minutes a day.
What style of yoga will it be?
This series combines a mixture of styles of yoga including vinyasa, power, yin, nidra and meditation - our intention is to bring you a different offering each day that will truly serve you.
Fable Yoga recommends that you consult your doctor before starting any fitness or movement program and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program.
