But the general feedback is that the last two years have been tough. Really tough. So we’re bringing you an edit of quick, easy and effective micro practices that you can have in your self-care toolkit for the moments you need them.
So whether that’s in your car after the school run, during your lunch break or to wind down into the evening - the invitation is to approach your wellbeing practices in a supportive and sustainable way that works for you.
